A new guide to developing creative tourism has just been published in Thailand by DASTA, the public-sector organization tasked with achieving sustainable development through community-based tourism.

The toolkit analyses the process of developing creative tourism in rural areas through community-based design, deriving key principles and tools to monitor and evaluate the process. The book is the result of several years of research and analysis by Jutamas Jan Wisansing and the team at DASTA, who have generously made the entire publication freely available to researchers and practitioners. – Greg Richards
